Dear Families, I am pleased to inform you that you will be able to book appointments for parent teacher phone conferences between March 22 to March 29 using the following link https://www.schoolinterviews.ca/code?code=hwsep The event code is hwsep. You may have to copy and paste the link in your browser. To book an appointment you will need to enter your email address, your full name (first and last), and your student’s name then to pick a suitable time available. The appointment times in the program show 15 minute intervals however, the actual time to discuss your student will be 10 minutes. If more time is needed you can discuss a time with your student’s teacher that is convenient. If both parents want to be involved in the conversation and are at separate locations, decide on a mutually agreeable time, book one appointment and the teacher will create a conference call. Please provide the teacher with the appropriate phone numbers you wish to be contacted at. The phone conversations will take place either April 6, April 7 and/or April 8. Report cards will be emailed to you as they were last term. You should expect to receive the emailed report by Tuesday, April 6.
